Talent Manager
To bring the development of Talent Management further within Loyens & Loeff, we are looking for a dedicated Talent Manager. As Talent Manager, you create awareness and commitment within the firm about the added value of Talent Management, to hold continuous focus on the topic.
Within the context of our organization and its challenges, this position isn’t a traditional Talent Manager role. The mandate of Talent Management is currently decentralized (on department level), and therefore the foundation of Talent Management is minimal in its current form. The Talent Manager role is not only focused on Talent Management, but also on building further on the foundation to optimize the Talent Management landscape. The role has therefore also a clear focus on Change Management.
Your responsibilities as a Talent Manager:
- redesign of Strategic Talent Review and provide professional expertise in the design of talent development plans;
- provide regular reporting and updates on KPI and metrics;
- perform benchmarks, data analysis, and insights to inform and shape the talent mapping and development strategy;
- utilize data-driven decision-making skills to enhance overall talent development;
- hold the overview of the talents in the organization and provide advice to business leaders on all aspects of talent management;
- provide trusted and analytics-supported insights about inflow, outflow, performance, D&I and L&D;
- oversee for the execution of Talent Development plans for all the Leadership Potentials in the organization and steer actively on fitting sponsoring and guiding towards mentorships / learning opportunities;
- challenge and coach HR Business Partners to support Talent Management objectives.

- you are a senior HR professional and have 10+ years of work experience;
- you are available for 36 – 40 hours per week;
- you have a perfect understanding of the Dutch and English language;
- you have excellent communication, negotiation and data-driven decision-making skills;
- you have the ability to optimize TM processes;
- you are used to work in a matrix organization cross boarders
- you have a strong strategic vision and the ability to align talent management strategies with the organization's business objectives;
- you have excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.

The Talent Manager is part of HR, more specifically of the Learning & Talent Development team. This Center of Expertise is a combination of two Learning and Development experts, two L&D officers and a Talent Manager officer. As a Talent Manager your work field is across the different Home Markets. The base location for this position is Amsterdam.
