Job Description & Summary

As Senior Manager Oracle Finance, you will be the key player in our clients' major Oracle Cloud transformation programs. In this role, you will support them in connecting the dots between the digital world and their core finance processes. This will require a thorough understanding of business processes, best practices, the latest developments, and benefits Oracle Cloud brings to clients. Next to business-oriented consulting skills, strong leadership skills are essential, enabling us to put the plan into action together with our Global teams. You are a team player and, at the same time, able to deliver independently. Having strong analytical skills and a proactive ‘can-do’ mentality. Does this describe you?

Requirements:

• Master’s degree
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills in English (Dutch and German language skills are considered a pre)
• At least 8 to 10 years of working experience within the Oracle Finance Transformation field
• Experienced in digital transformations
• Experienced with analyzing, redesigning and implementing finance processes in an organization based on best practices and Oracle Cloud functionality
• Proven project management experience

Responsibilities:

• Lead a multidisciplinary team
• Contribute to IT strategy and Finance expertise in complex assignments
• Supervise Oracle Finance transformations
• Anticipate stakeholder needs and develop potential solutions
• Lead open conversations with teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Act as a coach for junior colleagues
