You and your job

In this vital role you will collaborate closely with experts in IT security trainings, drills, and learning. Your mission? To enhance our security culture through compelling campaigns, engaging learning modules, and informative trainings. You'll be the driving force behind security knowledge campaigns, crafting insightful articles, and gathering invaluable information from subject matter experts. Your creativity will shine as you develop surveys and engaging materials to captivate our audience.

You'll not only plan but also execute intricate engagement programs, including recognition initiatives and vibrant community events. Your role is pivotal in fostering a proactive security mindset across the organization. You'll work with precision, constantly measuring and analysing the impact of your initiatives, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in security awareness.

Your collaborative spirit will be essential as you co-create and launch global internal campaigns on cutting-edge IT Security topics. You'll also be involved in the crucial tasks of updating and maintaining security-related information on our global internal channels.

As a key member of our team, you'll provide valuable advice and work in synergy with colleagues from Cyber Security, IT Risk, Business Continuity, Communications, HR Learning & Development, and Community Management.

Co-create and execute global internal campaigns on IT Security related topics.
Update and maintenance of Security related information in the global internal channels (experience with the SharePoint platform is desired but not mandatory).
Advise and collaborate with colleagues from Cyber Security, IT Risk and Business Continuity teams as well as Communications, HR Learning & Development and Community Management.

You and your talent

Educational Qualifications: Candidates should possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably with an academic background or higher education in relevant fields.
Work Experience: A minimum of three years of professional experience in security awareness, compliance, employee engagement, or change management.
Security Expertise: Proven familiarity or certifications in security-related fields such as SANS SSAP, CISM, CRISC are highly desirable.
Awareness and Culture Knowledge: Skills or certifications in areas related to awareness and culture change, such as Employee Engagement Communications, Behaviour Change, Prosci, etc., are advantageous.
Campaign and Material Development: Experience in developing instructional materials and/or internal campaigns is essential.
Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are mandatory. Dutch language skills are preferable but not required.
Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with various departments and professionals.
Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Capacity for strategic planning and a metrics-driven approach to measuring program effectiveness.

This is what we offer you

a gross monthly salary between €3.959,- and €5.655,- (scale 9, 36 hours per week).
13th month and holiday pay: the holiday allowance and annual allowance will usually be paid out in 12 equal monthly instalments. Employees have the option once a year to opt for the holiday allowance to be paid out in May and the annual allowance in December.
an Employee Benefit Budget (11% of your monthly salary). You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions, or even receiving a monthly cash pay-out.
an annual personal development/training budget of €1.400,-
100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport! Do you still prefer to travel by car or motorbike? Then choose a commuting allowance.
a monthly €40,- net work from home allowance, based on working from home 5 days per week.
a monthly €40,- net internet allowance.
Attractive pension fund with a personal contribution of only 5.5% (choice to reduce to 3,5%) Rabobank will contribute 21.5%.
