Wat ga je doen?

  • Together with other members of the Salesforce Product Management Team creates, communicates (clarifies) and orders Product Backlog Items on the Product Backlog
  • Drives all product-related activities of her/his Scrum Team from stakeholder collaboration, verification, maintenance, operation, experimentation, research and development, and anything else that might be required
  • Drives Product Backlog Refinement of her/his Scrum Team
  • Is accountable for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of her/his Scrum Team
  • Supports Product Manager in continuous definition and evolution of the Product Vision and the Product Roadmap, being the owner of the stream that is he/she is reponsible for and, as well, the agents/customer journeys that reflect this stream.
  • Supports Salesforce Product Manager in maximizing the overall value of the product resulting from the combined work of all Scrum Teams
  • Represents her/his Scrum Team in the Salesforce Product Management Team and as well represents the Product Manager in her/his Scrum Team
  • Recommended to have experience in SFMC and/or working on digital marketing/customer journeys
