• Deep subject matter expertise of iManage and related applications/systems (Office, TranSearch and IBS) or the willingness to develop this. 
• Proven ability to influence (senior) management and cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Outstanding analytical skills, and not afraid to dive into complex, technical subjects
• You don’t sit around and wait until things to happen by themselves

Wat ga jij doen als Product Owner iManage?

As Product Owner iManage you will play a central role in the adoption and further rollout of our iManage platform within KPMG Netherlands. Currently in use within one of our large business units, iManage is scheduled to be deployed in our two other main business units. It is a cross-departmental, independant position in which you will have a chance to work with all parts of our business and many different stakeholders.

You analyze the impact of change, document and support communication between relevant groups and stakeholders. You actively gather, manage, prioritize internal customer requirements and the iManage product backlog. You are eager and capable to deepen yourself in knowledge about business units and their processes. Last but not least you are to work on and switch between strategic, tactical and operational level.

Jouw uitdagingen

• Understands and assesses organizational needs optimizing the engagement life cycle
• Defines the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Aligns key stakeholders on product strategy/requirements and keeps them firmly in the loop
• Measures adoption and works out a plan to improve this in collaboration with all stakeholders. For this, regular consultation on operational, tactical and strategic level is essential.
• Works closely with Functional and Technical Management to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met
