How you will contribute to our international growth
As our Product Manager (InsurTech Spain) you will be playing a pivotal role, namely: you get to challenge the status-quo of the Spanish insurance market. From start to finish, you get to design and develop products for thousands of new customers. Your focus will be to drive growth and increase our market share in Spain by launching our car insurances, optimizing product conditions and expanding our product portfolio to meet evolving market demands. All of this while ensuring an A-class online self-service experience for our consumers. Looking ahead to the future, you will be involved in shaping a solid, local organization in Spain together with our CMO.

Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in the (Spanish) P&L insurance industry, with a proven track record of success
- In-depth knowledge of the Spanish car insurance market, preferably with a direct insurer background
- Strong communication skills with an international perspective
- A genuine interest in the automotive market
- Ability to thrive in a challenging and disruptive environment
- You either already live in the Netherlands or are willing to move to the Netherlands before starting your position
- A must: you are fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
