
Process Owner Configuration Management

As the Configuration Management process owner, you are the central figure in the process through which our clients can identify and maintain Configuration Items to support their Digital Products. Together with your fellow ITSM process owners, you work towards improving the IT service management processes and report on the process's performance. In this way, you and your ITSM team contribute to the reliability of NN's IT landscape and provide high-quality service to NN as a whole.
You are someone who exactly knows what you want and need. If it's not immediately available, you'll take care of it yourself. Whether it's acquiring knowledge or taking steps forward, you bring an enormous positive energy and ask the right questions, keeping everyone, including management, focused. Thanks to your strong personality, IT Service Management knowledge, and experience, you are a valuable sparring partner. People enjoy being around you because you inspire them from this strength and involve them in continuous optimization, both in English and preferably Dutch. Additionally, knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM is a plus!
Realistic Results:
- Establishing and documenting a lean Configuration Management Process in line with the NN-Group strategy and objectives
- Building a foundation for IT Digital Products to achieve Chain Monitoring
- Working together with stakeholders to integrate other sources with the CMDB to enhance the multi-source CMDB
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide insight into the maturity and health of the CMDB
- Ensuring that the Configuration Management process is compliant with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies
- Monitoring the performance of the Configuration Management Process and identifying areas for improvement
- Coaching IT teams and stakeholders on the configuration management process and procedures
- Give guidance/workshops to teams in modelling their Digital Products within the CSDM model and to achieve Chain Monitoring
- Automating and simplifying process activities to streamline the process and increase efficiency

Wat je meebrengt
- Around 4-5 years of experience as an ITIL Process Manager
- Relevant experience with Configuration Management / ServiceNow ITOM
- Knowledge and experience with ITIL processes (ITIL V3, ITIL 4)
- A strong sense of energy and a results-oriented approach

Next to that you will work closely with other teams that are responsible for either developing the process within the NN Service Management tool or the operational activities related to the Configuration Management process.
