Performance management and Reward specialist

What you are going to do
Your responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise the performance cycle to ensure an efficient, smooth, fair, unbiased and transparent process, which is compliant with the Pay Transparency Directive and in which stakeholders are taken along
- Analyse performance data as basis for internal reporting, and to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Coordinate and supervise the gathering of performance and reward data to be able to comply with the regulatory reporting requirements (e.g. CSRD and the Pay Transparency Directive)
- Conducting research to stay up-to-date with evolving regulatory requirements, best practices in performance management and making recommendations for process improvements
- Align and collaborate with other teams and departments – such as HR Business Partners, HR Digital, HR Communications, HR Legal

Who you are
Personal qualities, skills and capacities:
- Results-oriented self-starter with strong stakeholder management skills, execution power and ‘getting things done’ mentality
- Academic level (e.g. HR, business, economics, legal, organisational change)
- 3- 5 years of experience in process management, preferably in an international context
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions
- A team player, with excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
Who you will work with
You will work within the HR Reward team (17 FTE), with colleagues from different cultural backgrounds who all have a can do mentality, are service oriented and ready to help each other. The team is responsible for a wide range of topics such as the overall global remuneration standards, ensuring compliance with remuneration regulations, employment conditions for employees within and outside the Netherlands, organising the annual pay review process, international mobility services, maintaining our employee share plans and maintaining and operating the grading methodology.
This role is positioned in a fast-paced and international business-driven environment, that has high professional standards and highly collaborative. In this role, you will also work closely with the HR Business Partners, HR Digital team, and HR communication colleagues.
