What will you be doing?
Digitization and technology are at the top of the strategic HC agenda. We see HC technology as a condition for adapting ourselves to the changing environment. In addition, we also find it important to offer personal contact and a high service level to our employees.

The Data & Analytics Support team is providing services for all colleagues within PwC NL where you (proactively) contribute to the design, improvement and development of reports, data analytics, dashboards, etc. and work together with colleagues from all over the world to keep improving HC processes and technologies. 

You also play a role with project management and change management activities related to Workday / Data & Analytics / ServiceNow. Furthermore, conducting research on complex HC questions, security administration, centrally managing and monitoring all HC data are the responsibilities of the Data & Analytics team. 

The Data & Analytics Support team is part of the Business Unit Human Capital and reports to the Corporate Manager Human Capital. 

Does this describe you?

• You have an analytical background, several years of working experience and ready for a new challenge. You want to obtain new knowledge, share your knowledge and get the best out of yourself and your colleagues;
• You have at least a Bachelor background preferably Information Technology/Management or another related field of study but an HR Bachelor background with extensive Workday experience is also a pré;
• You have a minimum of 3 years working experience related to data analytics & reporting in a complex environment;
• You have good advisory skills (verbal and written) and you speak and write Dutch and English fluently;
• You have experience with software like Excel, Power BI, Alteryx or you have the capability to quickly adopt these technologies;
• You get energy from challenges and you reimagine the possible.
