HR Advisor

To strengthen Exact's Global HR team, we are looking for an HR Advisor. In this role you work on people projects for Exact globally and support 2 or 3 business domains in a fast growing and changing environment, using our HR best practices. You are keen to make an impact in the business and are able to contribute to the strategy of Exact. In this role you will have the opportunity to make significant impact, advising our business with a data driven approach.

We act as a corporate but with a ‘can do’ mentality. You are going to be part of the Global HR Advisory team. We are a team of 10 spread over 4 locations; NL, Belgium, Germany and Malaysia. • You accelerate in stakeholder management and you like to be in close contact with many different stakeholders 
• You can bring structure to projects and are committed to deliver high quality output  
• You know what difference good analyses can make and are comfortable using data and making presentations for different stakeholder groups.  
• You are working with managers on individual case management (sick leave) 
• You can support our managers and team leads in managing the wellbeing of their team members  
• Together with the responsible HRBP, you will manage people processes including, but not limited to year-end compensation, talent management, performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations, learning & development, change management, and employee engagement

• You can think strategically, but you do not shy away from operational work 
• You are able to work effectively in a team, by collaborating to achieve better results
• You have a growth mindset; constantly looking for things that can be improved  
• You first use data, then starts listening to your gut feeling  
• Knowhow of Dutch Labor law and processes to comply with the ‘Wet Verbetering Poortwachter’  
• Knowledge of prevention of sick leave at the workplace  
• You like to work in a fast changing and growing environment  
• Somebody who can work under pressure and knows when it is time to slow down 
• You have 3 - 5 years of working experience and you are looking for a new challenge with lots of growth opportunities  
• Fluent in both Dutch and English
