
Employee Experience Expert

We are looking for an employee experience expert in our HR strategy and change team!
What are you going to do?
As an employee experience expert you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience. In this role you will work closely with HR colleagues and other departments to identify opportunity areas for improvement and implement solutions that promote employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities:
- Initiate and collaborate on change projects that align with the NN strategy, HR priorities and incorporate the employee perspective
- Lead projects, using the design thinking methodology: conduct research, journey mapping, ideation
- Prototyping, gather feedback and insights and analyse data to identify areas of improvement
- Be a front runner in the field of EX and engage colleagues and stakeholders in the EX philosophy
- Further develop our employee listening strategy, including product ownership for our Engagement survey Peakon
- Work closely together with the multidisciplinary team NEXT (FM/IT/HR/Communication) on employee experience projects, such as the hybrid way of working, employee listening and other innovative future projects

What you will bring
We are looking for a creative and experienced CX or EX professional who has a clear vision on employee experience. Our ideal candidate meets the following requirements:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee experience, HR, or a related field
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful employee experience initiatives
- Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and execute them within set timelines
- Experience with the Design Thinking methodology and strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
- Strong business acumen, high affinity with technology, data, and analytics, and ability to think strategically and take initiative
- Fluent in both English and Dutch

You will be part of the HR strategy and change team. Together with your communication colleagues, HR Strategy Portfolio manager and project manager you will add value to the change roadmap.
