Your job

You will be part of the DRAW team in the CISO Channel Security grid, whose main goal is to build and maintain a state of the art Data Lake solution. The team is also responsible for creating PowerBI reports to deliver on business insights. We are a T-shaped team with a perfect blend of Data Engineering and BI reporting skillset.

In this role, you will be developing and implementing data pipelines, streaming based integrations that deliver/consume data from multiple sources, apply needed transformations and transfer the data to target systems. You will be responsible for developing and reviewing data solutions that are deployed in the Azure cloud using a variety of technologies such as: ADLS Gen2, Databricks, Azure Functions, Apache Kafka, EventHub to name a few. You will also be responsible for building and publishing PowerBI reports to meet the needs of the business stakeholders.

You will be part of a diverse Agile/Scrum DevOps team and have end-to-end responsibility, on behalf of the business and clients, for developing, managing, and maintaining functionalities.
PowerBI skill (PL300) is a great addition.

Your profile

You feel being data engineer from your heart and comfortable with technical environment and are always up to date on the latest technologies. You have good data engineering skills with azure knowledge in large scale environments. You have Knowledge of designing and developing applications in the Azure Cloud. Do you think you're a fit? Technical Exposure

Must have:

• 2-3 years of experience in BI Reporting: PowerBI (good to have PL300 certificate)
• 2-3 years of experience in Big Data Technologies: PySpark and Databricks
• 2-3 years of experience in Programming Languages: Python and SQL
• 1-2 years of experience with Storage: ADLS Gen2

Nice to have:

• 1-2 years of experience in or knowledge of in data architecture concepts: Data management (Data retention/archiving, Data quality control etc.), Data cataloguing (metadata management, data lineage), Data governance, Monitoring and maintenance, Access & authorization
• 2-3 years of experience with cloud Technologies like Microsoft Azure (DevOps, Boards, Git repositories, Pipelines) or AWS
• Knowledge or willingness to learn: Workflow Automation: Azure Data Factory, Databricks Workflows, Apache Airflow

Soft skills:

• English proficiency
• Working experience with Scrum/Agile principles
• Good communicator, being able to convince people.
• Have a proactive attitude, is flexible and likes challenges.
• Willingness to collaborate and learn with the team. Also participate in Triangles and circles in the bank.

We are offering

The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.

• The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
• Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
• Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
